Quarterly Goals Update: An Honest Look At How I'm Tracking On My Yearly Business Goals

Well, here we are! Halfway through 2026 – my year of going BOLD.

And today I'm giving you the real, honest update on how I'm tracking on my 2026 goals.

Earlier this year, I recorded a vision board episode sharing my vision for 2026: what I was calling in, what I was focused on, and the inner work I was doing to bring those goals to life.

And in the spirit of being BOLD, I want to continue to boldly and honestly share with you where I’m at, and bring you into the journey, not just the vision at the start and the wrap up at the end.

So here's my honest update, halfway through 2026, halfway through my year of being BOLD.

My Big Business Goal

Let's start with business, because it has honestly been an amazing first six months.

My big business goal for the year is having a $300k year.

And I'll share upfront: I'm not on track for that right now.

If I want to hit it, the second six months will need to be a massive stretch.

But the good news is that my business has grown more in the first six months of this year than it has in the previous four or five years – which feels huge considering I have my 10 month old at home with me full time.

And I am still gunning for it. It’s still possible. And I’m really excited to see where I land.

The Business Wins

My biggest financial year: One of the biggest things I'm celebrating as we close out the financial year here in Australia is that the 25/26 financial year was my biggest financial year in business ever – which feels wild to say, considering I had three months off last year for maternity leave.

10th business birthday: In March I celebrated my 10th business birthday with a bang. It was such a fun month – with a branding shoot, a cake in my branding colours, and my photographer and creative assistant both coming down from Canberra for it. I also launched merch, hosted a giveaway, and held a very special launch of the Mistressmind.

In-person immersion: I bought back my Spiritual Business Immersion. The first one I’ve run locally here at the coast and the first in over eighteen months. And it was the first time it really felt like I 100% nailed the vision I've always had for it. I'm already planning a second one for later this year, with a waitlist already forming.

SBM Collective: It’s been six months since we kicked off inside the SBM Collective in January. I absolutely love this space and the women inside it, and how it’s evolved already. We have so much planned for the second half of the year including some fun challenges, live immersions and incredible workshops.

Visibility & audience growth: Despite this being one of my big goals for the year, we got off to a very slow start. But I booked 6 podcast interviews in Q2 and I’ve finally started to see some traction with a new freebie I released last month that is now working well to grow my email list.

What's Still In Progress

Content support: I did a content day with Mon from fawnar during Q2 so I’ve now got a bank of face to camera video ready to roll out which is great – but I’m still not sure what I want this to look like in an ongoing capacity. Content is one of the areas that can take up a lot of my time and is the first to drop off the list when I don’t have capacity.

Visibility & audience growth: Things have now started to move in this space, but its still a priority for me going into the second half of the year. If I want to hit my goals, I need to continue growing my community.

Big focus: My focus for the second half of 2026 is continuing to grow the Spiritual Business Mistressmind. I have a launch already planned for August 5th, with two spots in the Inner Circle and ten in the Collective.

The Life Update

Health & wellness: My biggest life focus this year has been health and wellness. I’ve been walking regularly, and completed a six week postpartum program called Rebuild by Anna Rutherford of Ara Women, a client of mine inside the Mistressmind Collective. I’ve been genuinely impressed with my own consistency, and I've now joined her membership to keep it going.

Still in progress: One of my goals this year is to get back into running and I've been cleared by my women's health physio to start, but with sleep still limited, I'm not in a rush. I’m hoping to get back into running by the end of the year.

Backyard studio: This has been on the vision board for a long time and this year we went all in. It's now built with walls and a roof. We're now in the fit out stage – plastering, painting, laying flooring, and installing cupboards. I’ve commissioned a friend and local artist to create a custom artwork for the space. I can’t wait until it’s done!

Wealth: We've engaged a financial adviser, and Matt and I have been consistent with our monthly money dates again this year.

Motherhood: When it comes to motherhood, my goal was to be present in Reuben's first year. He's now more than ten months old and already walking, so it feels like it's flying by in a flash! But I’m feeling really good about what this looks like. It’s such a privilege to be able to have him at home with me full-time and still run my business.

The one thing that likely won't happen this year is a tropical overseas holiday. With the studio build and other things happening, we've decided to push that back to next year instead.

Inner Work Update

At the start of the year I committed to two major shifts in my habits that would support me to become the woman who can hold the big, bold vision I have for my life.

The first shift was around my phone use. We bought a Brick back in January and have been using it consistently. I no longer use my phone between 10pm and 7.30am or 8am in the morning. Now I read before bed, and in the morning I listen to a meditation before I look at my phone at all. It's made such a huge difference.

The other big habit change was around coffee. I quit caffeinated coffee in January after realising it wasn’t supporting my body. At home, I've fully embraced cacao and when I'm out, I have a decaf coffee. To be honest, I’d quit coffee altogether if there was an alternative at cafes that wasn’t packed full of sugar, but there’s generally not, so decaf it is.

Where I'm At Heading Into The Second Half Of 2026

As I mentioned, I'm not quite on track to hit my $300k goal right now. But that doesn't mean I'm not celebrating the huge wins I've already had this year. In a year where I have a baby at home with me full time, still breastfeeding, and not getting a huge amount of sleep, these wins feel even more significant.

And there are still six months left of the year. Plenty of time to make some BIG magic happen, and I’ve got some exciting plans for how I’m growing the Spiritual Business Mistressmind in the second half of the year, as well as expanding my visibility and running my second in-person immersion of 2026.
