Happy New Year and welcome to 2026!
There’s something powerful about the energy of a new year – the clean slate, the big dreaming, the spaciousness to imagine what could be.
While I don’t believe we need to wait for a calendar date to start fresh, I do love harnessing the momentum of a new year to reflect, reset and vision.
So today I want to take you behind the scenes of my 2026 vision board.
I’m sharing what I’m calling in across life and business, the word I’m anchoring into this year, and the inner work I’m committed to doing alongside the big goals.
Whether you’ve already created your own vision for 2026 or you’re still feeling into what this season holds, my hope is that this will inspire you to dream bigger, stretch further and show up for your own growth in a bold new way.
The Energy I'm Bringing Into 2026: Bold
My word of the year is BOLD.
It came through so clearly. Even though I’m still in the thick of the newborn season with Reuben just five months old, I can feel this pull toward expansion. I thought I’d be craving a slower pace, but instead I’m being invited into a season of growth – and it feels so right.
Bold for me means choosing a bigger vision and backing it with real, aligned action. Not just in business, but in how I hold myself energetically. Getting uncomfortable. Stretching myself beyond what I’ve believed is realistic. Auditing my standards and habits.
It feels scary, but also really exciting.
The Business Vision Board
My big, audacious business goal this year? A $300k year.
It feels huge, especially still being in this postpartum season with a baby at home full-time.
And of course, it’s not just about the revenue.
It’s about who I’m becoming as I scale.
And it’s about serving more women inside the Spiritual Business Mistressmind, especially through the Collective tier, which is the most scalable part of the offer.
This year also marks ten years in business for me – a milestone that feels both surreal and incredibly exciting. I'm celebrating with some special activations, fun launches and an in-person experience later in the year.
Another huge focus is audience growth – expanding my podcast listenership, my Instagram community, my email list. I'm ready to step more fully into my thought leadership and bring in more content support to help make that happen.
The Life Vision Board
Now it’s not all about business…
Because we are building a business to support us in life, not the other way around.
And I’ve got some exciting things that I want to make happen in life this year.
Some of the things on my life vision board include:
Prioritising movement and strength post-baby: joining a gym with a creche, scheduling Pilates, rebuilding my fitness.
Booking monthly massages to support my mental health and wellbeing.
Taking the family on a tropical holiday.
Building my backyard studio – a creative space that’s been on my vision board for three years.
Continuing our family’s wealth journey: monthly money dates with Matt, starting to invest more intentionally.
Fully soaking in this season of motherhood, being present with Reuben in his final year at home full-time.
The Inner Work: Becoming Her
If I want to hold this big, bold vision I have for my life and business this year, I need to become the woman who can hold it.
That means I am boldly and ruthlessly looking at my habits.
Here’s what I’m committing to:
Cutting down my phone screentime (we bought a Brick and are "bricking" our phones in the evenings)
Letting go of coffee (!), even though I love it, because it no longer feels supportive for my body
Creating more intentional inputs: more silence, meditation, hypnosis, and less scrolling
Raising my standards in how I show up for myself day-to-day
This year is about embodiment. About becoming the version of me who doesn’t just dream big, but lives in alignment with that dream.
