Scaling your business isn’t about doing more. It’s not about hustling harder, posting every day, or burning yourself out trying to be everywhere at once.

The clients I work with inside the Spiritual Business Mistressmind – the ones who create epic results and sustainable growth in their business – they all share a few very specific habits that are key to their success.

So today I’m pulling back the curtain on the top five habits of my most successful clients — the real behind-the-scenes behaviours and ways of thinking that consistently lead to tangible results in their spiritual business.

And the best part? These are habits. Behaviours. Ways of thinking and being. Which means you can absolutely cultivate them too. These are not innate things that you’re either born with or not. They can be learned.

So if any of these don’t feel true for you right now, that’s okay. What I want you to do is take note of where you are already nailing this, and where there might be room to shift and grow and lead yourself more powerfully.

Because this is how we scale – not with more noise and more hustle, but by cultivating the habits that actually create results.

So let’s dive in.

Habit 1: They act congruently with their goals

My most successful clients don’t just set goals — they act in alignment with them.

They know what they want and make decisions based on that vision. They don’t get caught up in busy work or distracted by what everyone else is doing.

If the goal is a quick cash injection? They create an offer that delivers it.

If it’s long-term consistency? They design a scalable, sustainable program.

Scaling doesn’t happen through intention alone – it takes aligned action.

Your actions, your priorities, your energy – they need to line up with your goals.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Are you acting in alignment with your business goals right now?

  • And if not, where could you perhaps tighten things up a little and get more focused?

Habit 2: They prioritise their mindset and energy, but don’t get stuck there

Mindset and energy play a big role in business success.

But what I often see is spiritual business owners use mindset and energy work as a place to hide when things feel hard.

My clients who see the most incredible results? They absolutely prioritise their mindset and energy, but they also don’t stay stuck there. They don’t use it as an excuse to stay in their comfort zone. They don’t wait until they feel perfectly aligned before taking action.

You need the inner work AND the outer action.

It’s both. That’s the magic.

Mindset, energy and strategy, all working together. These are the pillars of my signature framework for a reason, because they all have a role to play.

So yes, prioritise your mindset and energy. Make that a consistent habit. But don’t get stuck there.

Keep moving forward with your strategy. Keep showing up. Keep taking aligned action.

Habit 3: They invest in support and ask for help

The most successful clients I work with are not trying to do it all alone. They don’t wait until they’re burnt out or drowning in to-do lists to invest in support. They stay resourced.

Whether it’s through coaching, outsourcing, team, systems — they don’t just try to figure it out themselves. They know the fastest way to grow is to get in the room with the right support.

And most importantly, actively use the support available to them. They lean in when they’re facing challenges, rather than hiding away and pretending like the problem doesn’t exist.

For me, the year I finally scaled my business was the year when I first invested in long-term support – hired my first coach and brought on my first team member. I was a brand new mama, I had a small baby at home with me and I realised that if I wanted to grow sustainably, I couldn’t do it alone.

And since then, I’ve continued to invest – in coaching, in team support – and it’s a big reason why so many of my clients continue working with me long term. Because a well resourced, well supported woman, creates better results, with more ease.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Where are you trying to do it all on your own right now?

  • And what might be possible if you let yourself be supported?

Habit 4: They plan ahead and stay anchored in the present

The clients who scale don’t just think about what’s happening this week – they’ve got a plan. They’re mapping out their offers, launches, content and income months in advance.

BUT (and this is the key) they’re also not so future-focused that they lose touch with what’s going on right now.

They hold both. They hold the vision for what’s coming next AND they stay focused on their current priorities.

In practice, this looks like having a high-level plan for the next 6 to 12 months, knowing what your next project or launch or campaign will be, and progressing anything that needs progressing ahead of time…

While also continuing to show up for your current launch or campaign, staying in the energy of what they’re currently selling and promoting on the front end.

Habit 5: They focus on simple, scalable strategies

My most successful clients aren’t constantly reinventing things or overcomplicating the shit out of their business. They keep things simple.

They find what works — and they do it again, and again, and again. They refine, they make the small 1% improvements that create the biggest results.

I’ve got countless examples of clients who simplified their business models so they were focused on 1–2 core offerings, and then created repeatable launch processes to not only make launching feel more easeful (which is a win in and of itself) but also create better results.

One of my clients was able to double her launch results, during a launch when both she and her kids were sick – because she’d laid the groundwork in previous launches. That’s the power of keeping things simple and repeatable.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Where are you overcomplicating things?

  • And what can you streamline to scale with more ease?
