Today I want to share something short, fiery, and from the heart – the kind of pep talk I know so many of us need right now.
Because the truth is, the energy has been a lot this year.
Whether it’s the astrology and what’s going on in the cosmos, the collective shifts, what’s happening in the world, the economy, your own life – or all of the above – if you’re energy-sensitive, if you’re intuitive, if you hold space for others in your work, you’re probably feeling it all.
And let me say this first: it’s okay to feel this way.
It doesn’t mean anything about your capacity. It doesn’t mean anything about your business or your ability to succeed. It doesn’t mean you’re off track or that you need to burn it all down.
It means you care. It means you’re connected. It means your heart is in this work – and that’s something to honour and be proud of.
So before anything else, I want you to release any guilt or shame around feeling foggy, emotional or off right now.
You’re human. You’re a healer. You feel deeply. That’s not a flaw – that’s part of your magic.
So how do you move forward when things feel heavy?
How do you shift your energy and keep showing up – not from a place of pressure or pushing, but from a place of grounded power and self-leadership?
Here’s what I come back to, and what I’ve been walking my clients through lately.
Step 1: Unhook From the Collective Energy to Reclaim Your Power
This is something I’ve spoken to so many clients about recently — because when the collective energy is heavy, I see a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs start to take on more responsibility than is actually theirs to hold.
Thoughts like…
“Maybe I should make this more accessible.”
“Maybe I should lower my prices — people are struggling.”
“Who am I to sell right now when the world feels like this?”
Let me be clear — your compassion is beautiful. And yes, we can weave accessibility into our business models. Yes, we can be conscious of the world we’re selling into.
But not at the expense of your wellbeing or your business.
You do not have to carry the weight of the world.
You are still allowed to run a profitable business.
You are still allowed to raise your prices.
You are still allowed to make money while holding deep compassion for the world.
So unhook from the noise. Stop spiralling. Stop absorbing everyone else’s projections and fears.
Tune back into you. Ground into your own truth. Protect your peace so you can show up for your business in the way you need to.
Step 2: Decide That Sales Are Coming In
This is the mindset shift that will increase your sales today – even when the collective energy is heavy.
The truth is: the collective energy doesn’t get to decide whether you make sales today.
You do.
You get to decide that your next client is already on their way. You get to decide that sales are happening. That your business gets to thrive, even when things feel messy.
You don’t have to know exactly how. You just need to hold the energy of: “of course it’s happening.”
That energy of clarity, confidence and trust – it shifts everything. It changes how you show up. It calls in the action that actually moves your business forward.
