And if you’ve been feeling a little stuck, a little stagnant, a little unsure — this is for you.
Because this is not the season for overthinking, circling the same decisions, or sitting in the “I just need to learn a little bit more” energy.
This is a season for movement.
And today I’m bringing you a fiery little pep talk — a loving kick up the ass to get you out of your own way and actually moving in your spiritual business.
This is about coming back to the energy you actually need to grow and create momentum in 2026.
Because here’s the truth: the longer you hesitate, the longer you sit in resistance, the harder it gets.
And if you want aligned business growth, you need to start moving.
So let me take you through the three energetic shifts that actually move the needle when it comes to business growth.
1. The Energy of Deciding
At some point, you have to back yourself and make a decision.
But so many spiritual entrepreneurs get stuck in the loop of:
Should I do this or that?What about this strategy?Maybe I should focus on something else first?
But you never actually make a decision.
You keep circling, and then you stay exactly where you are.
You stop worrying about whether it’s the right decision – and just make one.
Because no decision is still a decision, it’s just the decision not to move.
And that is the only wrong decision here.
I want you to choose to be in this energy of deciding.
Practice making decisions. Move. Give yourself a deadline.
No one else can make the decision for you. You’re the boss. You’re the leader. You’re in the driver’s seat here.
2. The Energy of Implementation
This is about you actually moving and not sitting in the information gathering phase too long.
I see this all the time.
You’re consuming content, you’re learning, you’re gathering information. But then you’re not doing anything with it.
All that information, all that inspiration only works IF you work it.
And so often I see this hold spiritual business owners back. You think you need to know more before you act. You think you need another qualification, another course, another something before you’ll be ready.
No. How about we use what you’ve got right now and make it work for you?
At some point you need to stop information gathering and actually move.
Start by implementing what you already know. Do the thing you’re too scared to do right now.
Stop just thinking about it, and actually go and do it.
3. The Energy of Doing It Scared
Because the mindset stuff isn’t going anywhere.
Being in business is going to stretch you – and then stretch you again and again.
Even when you’ve got the evidence, even when you’ve got the results, your brain will still find ways to bring up fear.
“Maybe that was a fluke.”“Could you really do it again?”
And you have to be able to catch yourself in that moment and go:
“Yes brain, thank you for that very unhelpful thought… I’ve decided I’m doing this anyway.”
You need to be able to have that conversation with yourself.
And bring that fear along for the ride anyway.
You’re doing it, so you’re doing it scared. And that’s okay. It’s okay for that fear to exist. It’s okay for those thoughts to come up.
But are you letting that hold you back?
Absolutely not. You are moving. You are not waiting until you’ve done the mindset work. You are not waiting until you’re no longer scared. It doesn’t work like that.
Do the mindset work. Lean on your practices. Have the conversation with your coach or trusted person.
But keep moving at the same time.
Fear, self doubt, overthinking…it doesn’t mean anything is wrong, it just means you’re growing and pushing up against those edges.
It can be uncomfortable, but you can’t let that stop you.
The Energy You Need To Actually Grow
If you want to actually grow your business in 2026, this is the energy you need to be in:
The energy of deciding.The energy of implementation.The energy of doing it scared.
I know I haven’t exactly been gentle with this pep talk today. But I wanted to give it to you straight.
