Can you believe we’re already halfway through 2025?
I don’t know if it’s that I’m pregnant so time feels like it’s moving faster, or if you’re feeling it too – but the midpoint of the year always feels like the perfect time to pause, reset and re-anchor into your vision for the rest of the year.
So today I want to take this opportunity to invite you into a powerful mid-year reset — not from a place of fear or scarcity, but from deep self-leadership.

What needs to shift in how I show up, support myself and prioritise?
What does it look and feel like to embody that version of me now?
Because once you can see her clearly, you can begin to move and act from that place.
