Business BTS: How I'm Building To My Next Level Of Consistent Income In 2026

I’ve been talking a lot lately about consistent cash – what it actually requires, the strategy behind it, and the ecosystem you need in place if you want real stability in your spiritual business.
And right now, I’m living this in real time.
I’m currently in a growth season, actively building to $300K this year – and I know how powerful it is to not just hear about the goal, but also the real-time decisions behind it: the numbers, the focus, what I’m simplifying, what I’m saying yes to, and where my energy is actually going day to day.
Because there’s a big difference between saying you want your next level… and actually building it.
This is a behind-the-scenes look at what that actually looks like inside my business right now.
If you’re scaling a spiritual business and stretching into something bigger, I hope this feels expansive, grounded and honest – like a conversation between two business owners who are really going for it this year.
Let’s get into it.
What My Next Level Actually Means
When I look at $300K, I’m wanting that to be predominantly from recurring revenue. I’m not interested in having big spikes one month and nothing the next. I don’t want one massive launch carrying the entire year. I want a strong, solid foundation.
Most of my income already comes in as recurring revenue, and in this season of life – as a mum with a baby at home – that feels so good for my nervous system. I love being able to see what’s locked in for the next six, nine, sometimes twelve months.
So this next level looks like $25K per month in recurring revenue. Right now, I’m sitting at around $12–15K per month recurring, so yes, there’s growth required. But when I break down what actually needs to happen to bridge that gap, it feels doable. Stretchy, expansive, a little scary – but doable.
And the most important part? My calendar at $300K does not look dramatically different to what it looks like now. I work around 15 hours a week, I have a baby at home full time, and that’s not changing. Scaling with ease and freedom means the strategy has to fit inside my real life.
What I’m Actually Scaling
I’m not trying to scale ten different things, and I’m not diversifying into multiple income streams. I’m focusing on one strategic growth lever.
Right now, that lever is the Collective tier of my signature program, Spiritual Business Mistressmind. It’s the most scalable part of my business and it’s designed to hold more women without dramatically increasing my time. That’s where the growth is happening.
The Inner Circle tier still exists, and I’m deeply focused on retention there – supporting those clients exceptionally well and keeping incredible women inside that space if they want to deepen the work. But I’m not aggressively trying to grow everything at once.
When you’re scaling a spiritual business, simplicity is powerful. One clear focus. One lever. One aligned business strategy.
What The Next 90 Days Look Like
The priority right now is bringing more incredible women into the Collective, and this month also happens to be my 10th business birthday. So yes, we’re celebrating.
There will be a photoshoot, fun merch, a giveaway, and a special 10-year birthday offer to join the Mistressmind Collective. My word of the year is BOLD, and we’re going big, bold and fun with this milestone, starting with the waitlist and opening doors with intention.
Beyond that, I’m focused on audience growth and my overall sales funnel. I don’t believe you need a massive audience to create consistent cash – I’ve proven you don’t – but I do believe that more visibility makes growth easier. More aligned women in your world makes hitting your sales goals easier.
So I’m thinking about how I’m attracting these women in and what happens next when they arrive. What builds trust? What helps them understand my work? What supports them to take the next step?
Boundaries, Mindset & Identity
This is the most important part: not the overall strategy, but me.
The messaging has evolved, the offer has refined, but the core model has always been the same. What’s changed most is my mindset, my energetic capacity, my identity, and how I’m leading myself.
Growing from $15K to $25K per month recurring requires recalibration. Because what often happens when you hit a new level is that you drop back down to what feels safe. I see that income rollercoaster all the time, and I don’t want that. I want to hold this next level comfortably.
That requires stronger boundaries and clearer priorities. With a baby at home and limited work windows, I don’t have the luxury of wasted time. I make decisions ahead of time, I know my priorities, and then I execute. Planning happens in its own space. Execution happens separately. No bottlenecking the process.
The Habits Supporting This Next Level
I’ve also made shifts outside the business. I brick my phone at 10pm, meditate every morning, and I’m currently on my longest meditation streak ever. I’ve quit caffeine (aside from the occasional decaf when I’m out), and I’ve joined a local gym to get back into strength training.
If you’re wondering what that has to do with building a $300K business, the answer is: a lot.
All of these little habits add up to a much bigger picture. In order for me to grow my business, I need to grow as a human too. My capacity, my discipline, my focus and my energy all matter when it comes to holding the next level.
Scaling Without Burning It Down
One thing I think is really important to say is this: scaling in this way doesn’t require burning everything to the ground and starting over.
It’s been about taking what works and expanding on it. Looking honestly at the gaps – like audience growth being a big one right now – making clear decisions based on both data and intuition, and then building the version of the business and myself that matches the vision I say I want.
You don’t get to your next level accidentally. You build it in the small day-to-day decisions, the planning, the boundaries, and the execution.
I’m building a business that supports my life, my family, and the mission I care about deeply – helping more women create beautiful, abundant businesses of their own. And I’m doing it intentionally.
If you’re in a growth season yourself, I hope this has given you something to reflect on. Your next level isn’t about doing more. It’s about deciding, focusing, and becoming the woman who can hold what she says she wants.
And I’m so excited for what this next level holds.
