What would it feel like to walk into 2026 already clear, confident, and ready to receive everything you desire – instead of feeling behind or scrambling to figure it out in January?

Every year, I take myself and my clients through a powerful end-of-year planning process. It’s not about rigid to-do lists or lofty resolutions – it’s about setting the energetic and strategic tone for a year that truly supports your vision.

This is the planning process I’ve used to grow, evolve and stay on track over nearly a decade in business.

Do these 5 things now and set the energetic and strategic tone for an abundant 2026 in business.

1. Reflect On What Worked And What Didn’t

This is the step so many people rush through – or skip entirely. But honest, compassionate reflection is where the magic begins.

Ask yourself:

  • What created real results in 2025?

  • Where did your clients come from?

  • What felt energising and expansive?

  • What felt draining or misaligned?

This isn’t just about numbers – it’s about noticing the patterns and experiences that supported you to thrive… and what didn’t.


2. Set An Income Goal And Review Your Business Model

Get clear on your financial goal for 2026 – then check if your business model supports it.

Does your current offer suite allow you to reach that goal sustainably? If not, it might be time to adjust pricing, create a more scalable offer, or change how you deliver your services.


3. Review Your Data And Identify Strategic Gaps

Look at your recent launches, content performance, lead generation, and sales conversations. What worked? Where did people drop off?

This step helps you pinpoint what to focus on next: maybe it’s improving nurture, building your audience, or refining your launch strategy. Your numbers tell a story – make sure you’re reading it.


4. Clarify Your Core Offer

Your core offer is the backbone of your business.

Ask yourself:

  • What offer do I want to be known for?

  • What creates consistent revenue and real client results?

Then decide: do you need to refine, recommit, or evolve your core offer heading into 2026?


5. Map Out Your Year – Big Rocks First & First Quarter

Even if you don’t plan every detail yet, mapping out your "big rocks" gives structure to your year. Start with your time off, then layer in major launches, content themes, and creative projects.

And then map out a detailed plan for Q1 – because it’s going to be February 2026 before we know it!

Having a plan isn’t about being super rigid and controlling – it’s about setting yourself up to actually hit your goals.
