I want to give you a bit of a behind-the-scenes one today, because I know you love these – and honestly, so do I.
Today I'm bringing you into my plan to get more visible in Q2. Because that is my big focus this quarter. And if you're also trying to get more visible in your business right now, this one is for you.
But first – some context, because I'm not just focused on visibility for visibility's sake. It's a strategic decision.
I had a really successful launch at the end of last year in November and had my biggest quarter in Q1 as a result. Cue the celebrations!
And while I am celebrating big, I am also very aware that I’m still not on track to hit my big goals for the year.
It’s easy to ride the high of a “good” quarter and keep doing the same thing. But if you’re serious about aligned business growth – the kind that actually gets you to where you want to go – you have to be willing to look at the data, get honest, and adjust your strategy.
So that’s exactly what I did.
The gap was clear: I need more people in my community if I want to scale my business to 300k this year. More leads. More conversations. More opportunities for connection.
And that means intentionally expanding my reach and getting more visible.
So that's what Q2 is about. And today I'm taking you behind the scenes of my Q2 visibility strategy – what I'm doing, why I’m doing it, and the three main areas I'm focusing on to increase my visibility, grow my audience, and ultimately support my next level of aligned business growth.
The Truth About Visibility (That Most People Overcomplicate)
When it comes to visibility, I think we often assume there’s some secret strategy we’re missing.
But honestly?
Most of the time, it’s not about doing something completely new. It’s about turning up the volume on what you already know works and making those things a priority, rather than an afterthought.
That’s the energy I’m bringing into Q2.
Instead of reinventing the wheel, I’m focusing on the things I already know support soulful business growth and success for coaches and spiritual business owners – and committing to them fully.
I'm also taking a multipronged approach. Not just doing one thing, but instead a few different things in order to increase my visibility.
I have 3 core focus areas for visibility in Q2…
1. Collaborations That Expand My Reach
Collaborations are a really powerful visibility strategy.
For me this looks mostly like podcast guesting – both guesting on other podcasts AND inviting guests to be on my podcast. I know this has worked well for me in the past because I can trace actual clients back to both. So I'm leaning into it hard this quarter.
On the guests side, I'm bringing some incredible aligned women onto the Feminine Fire Podcast over the next few months. Women who have built real businesses and have genuinely useful things to say. For me, this is about serving my community really well AND bringing in new aligned listeners. It’s a win-win.
On the pitching side, I'm actively going after guest spots on other podcasts and also putting myself forward as a guest teacher in other people's memberships and programs. My angle: building, growing and scaling a spiritual business as a spiritual entrepreneur and mum of three.
I've set myself a target of at least two pitches per week – making sure every single pitch is super personalised and well-researched. As a podcast host, I get pitches that are clearly templated and generic — it's obvious when someone hasn't listened to the show. So I'm doing the opposite. I listen first. I get a feel for the host, the topics, the audience. And I pitch specifically on what value I can bring to their community.
2. A New Lead Magnet + Workshop Funnel
Next I’ll be building out a new funnel.
And honestly, this one has been a long time coming.
It’s been over a year since I created a new lead magnet, and I’ve had this idea sitting there for a while – so Q2 is the time I’m bringing it to life.
The intention here is simple: Create something that directly supports what my ideal clients actually want right now – which, more often than not, is making more sales.
So instead of overloading them with information, I’m focusing on something that’s simple, actionable, and delivers a quick win.
From there, I’ll be nurturing those leads through a free workshop – giving them practical steps, real value, and a genuine experience of what it’s like to be in my world.
If you've been to any of my free events before, you know I don't hold back or gatekeep. The point is to actually support you to get results and create a pathway into my offer that feels aligned and supportive.
3. Organic Growth Content That Actually Converts
For this, I am focusing mostly on Instagram Trial Reels.
Now, if you’re not familiar with Trial Reels, they’re essentially a way to get your content in front of non-followers only – which makes them a powerful tool for visibility and audience growth.
What I’m most interested in here isn’t just growth for the sake of numbers. It’s about attracting the right people.
And when your content is being shown to people who have never heard of you before, it forces you to get really clear on how you communicate what you do.
This is top-of-funnel messaging at its core.
Trial Reels provide such a valuable opportunity to refine how you speak to your ideal clients – something that’s essential for growing your audience.
But again, the goal isn't just new followers. It's aligned followers.
And critically, moving people off Instagram and onto my email list where I can actually nurture the relationship and support them more deeply.
The Bigger Picture: Scaling With Intention
None of these are revolutionary or particularly exciting strategies. But they are the things that work.
My approach to visibility in Q2 is a multi-layered one because I don’t believe in putting all of your eggs in one basket. Especially when it comes to something like growth, where no single strategy is guaranteed.
